HTML and Markdown Support
The Knowledge Base supports both HTML and Markdown formatting.
Most of the sample articles we've provided use HTML, but you're free to create your own articles in Markdown - or even convert existing ones.
To switch formats, click the 'More - Edit' button in the top-right corner, then select 'Switch to Markdown'.
Markdown is easier to write and read, while HTML offers greater flexibility and control.
